At Medusa Hair Extensions, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, hair extensions must be returned with the security seal intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Wait for Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a pre-paid shipping label via email if eligible.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the extensions in their original gold-foil box and attach the shipping label to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the security seal and confirms the product is unused, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
